Why Home School?

The staff at Visions In Education Charter School believes that all students should have an opportunity to be educated in a manner that meets their unique needs. Statistics have shown that traditional or conventional methods of learning do not always work for every student. We provide families with an alternative to traditional education with which parents or guardians can take on a more active role in their student's education.

Although parents must supervise and accept responsibility for the majority of the educational process of their students, we believe with the support of a Credentialed Teacher (CT), parents and students are provided the opportunity of a flexible instructional program, curriculum, services and resources that are needed to make home schooling a successful experience.

The school provides a CT who will monitor, assist, guide and counsel you and your students. We give you the support, information and resources needed to make home schooling much easier. Though parents must supervise and accept responsibility for the educational process of their students, with professional guidance offered by Visions In Education Charter Home School, that task is much simpler.
